Online Sitting Group

Meets twice a week on Tuesdays at 1 p.m. PST and Saturdays at 7:30 a.m. PST through March 2024. Each session will include a brief check-in, 25 minutes of silent practice, and Q&A. This group is designed to nourish and support those who are drawn to the themes of insight and integration that are central to awakening traditions. Insight and skillful integration are relevant at all levels of experience, so please feel free to join this drop-in no matter where you are on your personal meditation journey.
