NEW this winter. Inspired by her recent tenure as Meditation Teacher in Residence in Costa Rica, Marcy will be leading 2-hour on-site explorations through breathwork and continuing into stillness. This practice tends to release emotion and can be intense, yet deeply rewarding. Limited to current students.
