A Taste of Zen

For Rinzai Zen practitioners, those preparing for temple visits, and established practitioners interested in learning about Rinzai Zen. Designed to support familiarity with the Rinzai tradition, the Taste of Zen group will meet monthly for a weekend half-day. The program is bookended by traditional breakfast and lunch, including meal chants and etiquette practice. Between the meals, participants will have several silent sitting periods and listen to a recorded teisho (Zen dharma talk).
