Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga with Anyez Klevecz every other Wednesday evening from 6-7:30 p.m. on-site. $20/class or $75 for 5 classes. If you haven’t yet tried yin yoga or yoga with Anyez, we highly recommend this meditative practice that offers deep release and realignment through a series of gentle postures and long holds. Starts January 24!
